Been locked in communication hell for days. Despite sending multiple emails I haven’t had a single response. I’ve tried the phone number a few times and always get an automated message. I still can’t get my purchase to go through even though I have sent the required proof of identity by email numerous times. It’s been 3 days now and I give up.
