I bought a game add-on from them(for Xbox). But they will not send me the code until the release of the add-on.(Full add-on release will be in February) but the day after tomorrow (8 Dec) those one who will have the deluxe edition will have early access. A friend of mine bought it on Steam from another vendor but I received the key in 1-2 min. They don't have a live support and the ticket is seems to be forgotten by them. So I will not have access to early content because they are not delivering me the key
