They provided a refund on a pre-order to me but they charged a hefty merchant service fee which was extremely disappointing so I didn't get the full refund I was after. I tried to argue the point but the conversation took days - on average 1 reply a day. I ended up giving up in frustration and accepted the partial refund as I have better things to do than argue with employees that treat customers like trash.
