Poor customer service. Refused a replacement key for my microsoft office 365 lifetime but now its expired and they say " Office 365 accounts eventually get disabled. The word Lifetime is just a way for Microsoft to market their product, but as time marches on, technology keeps on progressing and change is inevitable. We usually process a replacement, but for the reason that you've purchased this for over a year and since we no longer sell this product. We can no longer process a refund/ replacement for you." Never buy a lifetime or any microsoft subcription from them
