Very poor experience. Purchased a key for FIFA 22, was instructed to follow a link to retrieve code, was given instructions that “someone would friend request me through steam and gift me the game.” Obviously this never happened and I did not receive the game. Multiple emails with support who insisted I had received the code and dismissed the idea that I did not in fact receive the code.
