The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Purchased windows key and made sure it was the same windows version I downloaded, key did not work. Provided screen shots to customer service of code being invalid and they stated I needed to re-downloaded the correct version. I explained and provided screen shots of the correct version key I purchased of windows and downloaded but still did not refund me the money of their key not working when I triple checked everything was correct! I had to get my credit card involved to refute the charges because their product didn’t work and their customer service was horrible. Save your time and money if you want to purchase a windows key from these scammers. This left me with such a bad impression I will never purchase anything from them again. 0/0 if I could vote.
