Purchased key for 12 Month Ultimate Game pass for my Grandson, £95 (which is a large sum of money to loose)!!! Turns out the key had already been activated elsewhere, this was confirmed by Microsoft. I am now having to jump through hoops to get a refund. Never will I recommend or purchase from this company again. So now I have also opened a case with PayPal.
