They advertised the game I bought for steam as global. When I purchased it it wasn't global. I asked for a refund they first tried giving me instructions to redeem on Xbox with a VPN (so they didn't even read the refund request). When I replied saying it was steam they only offered to return the money if they could sell the code again. It's been I think over a month of the code I bought trying to be sold again and nothing. I think it's completely unfair that they falsely advertise a product and won't refund after. Will never buy from again
