I ordered a digital key for Microsoft Office. It didn't work. I asked for a 2nd one instead of a refund. It didn't work. Then I asked for a refund. Instead I was sent a 3rd key. I couldn't log in, so I clicked on forgot password. Got a message that service was currently unavailable. Too much time had passed, I had work to get done so I bought a legit key from Microsoft. When I asked for my money back, again, I was told since they already sent me another key (that I didn't ask for nor was able to access) they would not be getting one. Save your money, this is not a good company with which to deal!
