I bought a game pass, it was not easy to redeem the code. When finally managed to redeem the blasted thing my Console did not accept it. Tried to contact customers support, that didn't work, they asked me to sent countless pictures, had to resize them, for they were to big, managed to attack all pictures, answed all questions just to get to the end to a submit button that didn't work. SO FRUSTRATING.
so I decided to send an email and I'm still waiting for a reply
