I haven't received any email with product information or any other confirmation of the purchase even though money was taken of my account. I haven't received reply to my email. I only found my product key when I started to look up for refund policy on the website and found link to Autokey. There it was - all the info about my purchase and the product. It could be specified more clearly before or on the purchase. Key worked well. The price of course was FANTASTIC.
