It worked....eventually.
Purchased a VPN code, set my extension to the country of origin and it didn't work (did this with 3 separate VPN providers). Was told by the support team to install the suggested VPN provider desktop app and try it through their own browser. Worked immediately after doing this.
Support is a bit slow and I bought this over a month ago, which is the reason I'm giving this 4 stars.
