Once I had collected the code it took several attempts to load it, it seemed every time the code was entered an error message kept appearing 'we did not find your product key' after 3 hours it loaded, I got all the icons up and just opened them, all appeared to be there, have not had time as of yet to try them all out hopefully no gremlins. Note when loading make sure you don't click on one of the pop up ads that seem to appear now and then
