Had issues with the orders as it was saying I had codes to collect but when I went to get them there was nothing there and it stated it was pending awaiting a response from the email they had sent. Got in contact with the support centre as could not do it through the autokeys page which normally deals with the orders. Got my keys and codes within 30 minutes of their response to my mail / issue log I had sent them.
