I eventually managed to download and register Office 21. It would have been helpful if instructions included deleting previous versions of Office first. I didn't want to risk this without assurance from the company. Emails were replied to after 2 or 3 days with a stock message apologising for a fault with a link to the same exe files. It took 2 weeks for me to sort the issue without CJS help.
