1) Everything worked relative to obtaining my product - Excellent! 2) Pricing is competitive and product is as expected - Excellent! 3) Process was not as expected. Overall, things worked but the purchase process seemed slow, not sure whether it was related to my system or their system but I have not had any problems with my system before. - Satisfied 4) A small hiccup occurred at verification step and first attempt failed. Indicated that credentials were invalid and second attempt with same credentials worked, slow, but worked. Made me a little suspicious, as I have not had this issue with anyone else. - Acceptable but wary 5) Will I recommend or buy from them again? I am open to it and will be checking things with more scrutiny. Variables relative to my caution may be minor and could be attributed to several reasons not the fault of CJs. 6) Overall I was satisfied and, hopefully, in time can say I am happy (90% chance).
