I have purchased a key for subscription for Bitdefender, I could not activate with this key. I contacted Bitdefender directly and they advised that particular key was already used 13 days prior to the date of my purchase and activation. I now had to spend time to contact the company, to write an email, and it is not certain how long I need to wait for and when it will be resolved.
