Purchased a Microsoft Office 365 license that worked just fine for about 6 months. After that, the account that I bought no longer had the Office 365 assigned, so I asked for the free replacement that they guarantee. They gave me the SAME account as a replacement, with the SAME problem. Could not use the Office 365. So I opened a ticket again and they just stalled to give me an answer or a solution. They asked for proof over and over again and thanked my for my patience, month after month. After another month has passed, I asked again for a solution and their answer was: "Hi There, We are sorry we do not support orders older than 1 year." All that stalling had a purpose: to cut me from their "Superior Customer Service". I would NOT recommend them. They will just waste your time and money. No refund, no free replacement key.
