Rubbish. The code didn't work, there wasn't enough information upfront before you buy the codes. Once the code doesn't work they bring out all the T&C's about "you need this first", "we don't give refunds" etc. customer service takes days to get back to you and doesn't answer your questions, just sends stock replies.
