Do not call the customer service number as it is a USA number and cost me £10.99 for 1 and a half minutes.
My code would not work when I purchased it. I asked for a refund. They refused and asked for screenshots of my purchase history and subscription history but would not explain why when I queried. I provided these and was still denied a refund. The code eventually worked but the stress and expense of the phone call has made me sure I will ever use this company again.
