They sent me a key for Windows 10 Home instead of Windows 10 Professional. They told me I had to provide a screen shot of the entered key, but anyone who has entered a key for Windows 10 knows that after entering the key, the screen switches automatically. I purchased the key 5 days ago and they still have not sent a replacement key or refunded my money. They are either ripping people off or they are incompetent.
