After following CJS instructions I tried to redeem the key I purchased on Microsoft's website. Upon doing this I received an error that the key had been returned and to contact the person who gave it to me. I have contacted CJS customer support, however after 24hours I have not had any reply. Had they replied to my support request within a few hours like their website claims, I wouldn't be as annoyed. Having to wait for over 24 hours to get a response from their customer support is not good enough, especially when they have taken my money. I made this purchase through Paypal and will pursue a refund through them if CJS do not respond to my support request.
