I tried to purchase an older version of word for my 11 year old computer. CJS CD advertised a 2019 version, as my last update was in 2020 I thought that it would be suitable. CHS CD didn’t supply any minimum operating system information on the advertising material. When I tried to install it I found that my computer was not sufficiently updated to run the program. When I made CHS CD aware of the issues they basically said “buyer beware “ and gave no help in solving my problems.
