The purchase of a microsoft 2019 windows software download costing me £17.99p on 30th June 2022 never arrived and after repeated conversations with CJS CD Keys has resulted in my request for a full refund, which I'm still waiting for. The overall circumstances have been a complete nightmare which may result in my taking legal action against them for such poor service. Gordon Myall - (Nottingham UK).
