Company doesn't seem to have a grasp on their merchants. I don't know if that is on purpose or by coincidence.
Purchased something, they claim I have received it; or can receive it BUT they aren't giving it; they are just running circles.
Going to get Paypal involved, DO NOT RECOMMEND
