Having received my money for Microsoft Office for MAC 2021, CJS CD sent me a key that displayed Microsoft Office 2016 instead. I told them that I already had Office 2016 and sent pictures evidencing this to no avail. I made numerous requests for a refund which they never granted. They never resolved the issue and I am left with a key that is useless. I was finally able to buy the same product from another vendor at 1/3 of their price. I urge buyers to beware.
