WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 15 emails over three weeks to get one working CD key when they sent me the wrong one to start and followed it up with a couple more that said "Key already redeemed". They were horribly rude, demeaning, and stated multiple times that I must not know how to use a computer. I AM A SOFTWARE ENGINEER, I KNOW HOW TO ENTER A CD KEY. Stay far away from this company, their customer support is a nightmare.
