Buying a simple key, going head first into "anti-fraud" system, either to complete by phone or like facebook page. The like the page does not work, it never loads, the phone does not send any sms. I contact support, they ask me to wait 12h, 24h went by, nothing change, i send again email to support, they ask me to identify myself and they can fix it fast, i give them id everything to show them that i am genuine, 6h later, i go into the "anti-fraud" system, go to phone write any random number there to get accepted. It gets accepted i get the cd-key , it does not work. I am done with this, refunding and never buying from them ever again.
