If I could give them a 0 I would. They gave me a key that didn't work and then to get a refund they have you jump through all these hoops. They wanted me to figure out the problem. They wanted me to contact Steam and figure out why the code didn't work! I'm the one that has to do their job! That's ridiculous when all I want is a refund! Super frustrating! I still have not gotten a refund because I have to wait for Steam to reply as to why the code didn't work
