I tried to activate my key with office.com and it gave me an error, I called customer service and they told me that the product is not legitimate and that they could not activate it. I wrote to the customer service of CJS-CDKEYS, they never answered me, so I had to open a case in paypal to receive a refund. "if it's too good it's probably not real"
