My key was too long. On my ps5 when entering a key the formula is ****-****-****. What i got is ****-*****-****. Meaning the middle part has one more character than it should so i couldn’t input it and obviously it didn’t work because of this. Not happy got recommended by a friend and very disappointed. It’s a no from me
