Didn't help when I asked for it, poor guidance on what region to use for vpn, recommended a vpn you pay for no help at all from an actual person when I asked for it, and took 3 hours for me to get the 2nd code , I had to buy the game twice because the first one didn't work (neither did the 2nd one) just all around poor customer service cheers 👍 waste of £17.
