I bought PSN wallet top up and it was supposed to be instantaneous delivery, but i couldn't collect it be cause they needed anti fraud verification. So 6 hours later they email me to send them my ID scan and bank statement (LOL), I emailed back that i want a refund to the same card that i paid with , the next day they replied "order is ready for delivery"
