Purchase took ages to come through. Almost 2 days. Couldn't verify phone number, very stupid authentication. Emailed and asked for a refund and they wanted me to prove who I was. Haven't had an issue before but this experience has been enough to make me never use the site again. It has past the 4 days, still no automatic refund.
