Only purchased 2 items so far, Windows key was easy. Then tried a game key. I'm not in the first flush of youth but I have been around computers for about 40 years. I had a problem finding the download and was about to go down the refund route, I tried more online advice and eventually was pointed to my library on the Microsoft store. - Success
I do think that the info available on the CJS website could be fuller in respect of the large variety of experience which customers have.
