Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service! They sold me a key that was invalid and then made me jump through all these hoops to get a refund! After they gathered all the info that I had to gather for them they went dark and would not respond to my email. I had to file a refund from PayPal for them to respond and from then forward the only way that they would respond to email was through PayPal. After them trying to get me to except only a portion of the payment several times they finally issued me a refund. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!
