This is more in response to customer service. I recently bought a bunch of keys in a different region. Something I've done before and it worked wonders. This time it didn't work at all. Now I'm thinking maybe I did something wrong, I'll contact customer support. Wow they even make it easy. That was weeks ago and I've heard nothing. Not even a standard we'll sorry how can we help you. Now they want a review. As if they care
