I paid for 12 months of the Xbox Game Pass. They sent me a code that didn't work. I ended up buying directly through Xbox and they wouldn't send me a refund. When you purchase they tell you if there's a problem not to make a complaint through Paypal because they'll take care of it. I didn't make a complaint through Paypal and they did not take care of me. By the time I realized they weren't going to refund, it was too late to reach out to Paypal for redress.
