Terrible service. Purchased a 100£ key using btc. Got a confirmation that the funds have been transferred and they were deducted from my wallet. Got to the website, it says payment is not complete. Waited a few hours because it may take a little while, nothing. Sent them the order number with the invoice ID, it says a member will look into in it in a matter of a few hours, nothing. Sent a ticket with the invoice ID, got a respone 12 hours that they need me to provide an invoice ID(but I just did and it's in the ticket), and that that they need a few hours to check it. It's been 24 hours since their last response, and almost 48 hours since I made the transaction and still no product was delivered.
