I bought a 3 month Xbox pc game pass code and was sent a 2 month game pass unltimate code instead. 3 weeks of sending emails trying to get the correct code and now being ignored. All they wanted was screenshot after screenshot, which I sent. And still nothing , I tried everything and have been cheated out of a month of game pass.
