They are completely fraudulent. They provided a key that did not work and then I spent several weeks working with them to get a refund. Per their posted terms of service, this should have been very easy to get a refund for. Instead, their final solution was to offer to re-list the key for sale and then only give me a refund if it happened to get sold again and activated. I told them I would be forced to dispute this with my credit card company if they did not provide me with a standard refund. I did dispute this with my credit card company in the end and was promptly refunded my money after providing all of the same evidence to my credit card company along with the e-mail chain. I thought I was done with the matter after being made whole by getting a refund. Several weeks later, I get a couple of threattening e-mail from their customer support stating that they are going to report me for fraudulent activity and smear my name online, stating that "I been reported to the online international fraud directory" Please do not waste your time and money trying to buy from this company, you have been warned!
