I couldn’t install the software, Microsoft kept saying it was dodgy. The ‘support’ team keep saying there’s nothing wrong. It’s been 4 months. I’ve had a specialist who works for a large government organisation check and he can’t make it work either.
The support team are too busy telling me I’m wrong to indicate how or why they think it might be me. And replies are taking 5-10 days.
Not impressed.
