I paid for a robotic voucher card, I was unable to access the key, I have raised the issue my ticket and email and keep re diving email saying thanks you have successfully collected card, this was supposed to be a birthday present and this has been going on to two days so I will no have to purchase elsewhere. Really disappointed with the service. No live chat email auto response phone number not recognized etc
