I ordered a game on here and the order status got set to pending after payment and I therefore couldn’t redeem my game. I contacted their support via a ticket, in which they state this is the quickest way to contact them. It’s now been 3 hours and I still haven’t heard back from them and their website does not allow me to refund my order. I would advise everyone to not order from here as the process of redeeming, contact and refunding is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.
