They absolutely don't care about the customer. Product key did not work. They didn't refund me. They didn't propose a solution. I purchased Xbox GamePass Ultimate for 6 months on 30/08/2022. Instructions were very clear and I followed them. The product key was not activated. Then: 1) I contacted support - they recommended to install other VPNs (for additional subscription fee). 2) I installed other VPN - didn't work 3) I received Email from support with the aknowledgment of the problem. Promised to refund within 1-2 days. 4) 5 months passed. I reminded many times - no refund.
