Bought a Windows 10 key from them and it didn't work. Asked for a replacement and customer service got to me the next day and provided one. Except it was just the exact same key again, this time relabelled as 'replacement key'.
I went through their complaint system again, and got radio silence other than confirmation that the complaint was received for several days now.
