Pathetic customer service, barely responded and now just not doing it at all.
I ordered an item (while it was in stock) at 30th of January. Now its 9th of February. Guess what, my item is still didn't came and in the meanwhile ran out of stock. I don't know if i should laugh or cry. Comedy of a company.
