I currently have 2 keys that are not working that I have purchased. One key is for Windows 10 Home (it says the key is invalid), the other key is for Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student (it says that the maximum number of installs for this item has been reached). I click the form to report "Problem with Key" for the Windows 10 Home and received an email stating someone should be in touch in 2 hours (we are now on day 3). Today I clicked to report the bad key for the Office 2019 and..... the form has been removed by the owner. I have tried to call the customer service number several times and nobody answers and when you leave a message, nobody calls back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE FROM SOMEPLACE ELSE. RUN AWAY AND RUN FAST from this company.
