unfortunately i have to put 1 star, worst service ever. i bought a cd key and went to retrieve the key but nothing was generated. i have emailed and have been reassured i will have my key within 24-48 hours, that was days ago. i have asked for a refund... no reply. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE.
