Purchased Office Pro 21 for my Asus Windows 11. Activation key didnt works. CJS zendesk said 'setup' wont work, I needed to download ISO Installer, so I did, still didnt work, and worst, nothing else on my laptop did either............it crashed basically. I had to back up all my work as I work from my laptop and take it right back to factory settings. Sent screenshots of my issues Requested a refund, got told as I had activated the key refund under their policy was not possible but once they sold the key again they would issue a refund. That made no sense, as if they could sell it again, they could take immediate ownership and send my refund. Still they came back and said no, so contacted Consumer Rights who advised I send a letter and advised me oof rights act 2015 they was in breach of. Still a no to a refund so I went back to Consumer Rights who have said they, well there Consumer Legal will look at all email threads and help resolve the issue on my behalf and obtain my refund. I was initially very pleased with the price, but the product.........NO. I can only recommend try another supplier, becuase we all know things can go wrong, but customer service is simply, we have your money, we dont care, go away
